Educational Qualifications APWD Recruitment 2022
- Architectural Assistant -
Degree in Architecture from a recognized University.
- Assistant (Arch Dept.) -
Degree in Architecture OR Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from a recognized Institution with 2 years of experience in the field.
- Planning Assistant -
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Planning from a recognized University (or) 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or having passed AIIA (Part A & B) examination conducted by Indian Institute of Architects & recognized by Council of Architecture (or) 3. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or having passed Part A & B examination of Institution of Engineering (India) and At least one year professional experience in Planning or Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Junior Engineer (Civil) -
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Board/Institution or having passed Part A & B examination of Institution of Engineers (India).
- Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) -
Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or Electrical & Electronics or Air Conditioner/Refrigerator Engineering from a recognized University/Board/Institution or having passed Part A & B examination of Institution of Engineers (India).
- Draughtsman Grade- III (Civil) -
1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or having passed Xth standard from a recognized Institution/Board.
2. 2 years certificate course including practical training of 6 (six) months in Draughtsmanship (Civil) from a recognized Institution/Board.
- Draughtsman Grade- III (Electrical & Mechanical) -
1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or having passed Xth standard from a recognized Institution/Board.
2. 2 years certificate course including practical training of 6 (six) months in Draughtsmanship (Electrical & Mechanical) from a recognized Institution/Board.
- Surveyor -
1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or having passed Xth standard from a recognized Institution/Board.

- Architectural Assistant - 7th Pay Matrix Level 07 (₹ 44,900/- to ₹ 1,42,400/-) [Old Pay Band ₹ 9300-34800/- and Grade Pay ₹ 4600/-]
- Other Posts - 7th Pay Matrix Level 06 (₹ 35,400/- to ₹ 1,12,400/-) [Old Pay Band ₹ 9300-34800/- and Grade Pay ₹ 4200/-]
